I asked myself this question two years ago and didn’t come up with any answer. Do you love yourself? Do you know what it means to love yourself?

I used to think that other people were better than me. I used to compare myself with others and always overestimate them while underestimating myself. This is the typical behavior of somebody who doesn’t know who he or she really is. Therefore, the question is how can you get to know yourself?
Meditation is the perfect way to observe your own self. Using this method, you can access your deeper self and often realize that you are something much greater than just the limited self that you perceive with your physical mind.

Observing yourself in daily situations will help you understand what you feel, why you act the way you do and it will help you to understand what you really want. Sometimes we are driven by ego and sometimes we are driven by a deeper purpose. The more you observe yourself the more you will be able to distinguish between these two.

Intuition represents the wisdom that comes from your higher self. Your intuitive voice will show you your true self when you allow it. Therefore, pay attention to what your intuition is telling you and listen to it.
The best way to get to know you is through silence. It’s necessary to spend some “me” time if you feel confused and lost. The truth is that all the answers you are looking for are within.
The more you know yourself the more aware of your true self you become. When you discover who you really are, you can’t help but love yourself. The truth is that you are a divinely amazing being having a temporary human experience on this planet. The more you love yourself and the more you respect yourself, the more people will love and respect you. You will not only become a happier person but also a healthier person. Part of self-love practice is also eating organic foods, drinking plenty of clean water, spending time with positive people, loving your job and charging premium prices in case you run your own business. The self-love concept is present in every area of your life. Therefore, if you suffer from a lack of abundance, lack of freedom, lack of money, lack of good relationships you probably have a self-love issue going on.
